Shipping & Returns for Online Purchases.

For abbreviation purposes Fossano and Co. Barbershop is also referred to as (Fossano & Co.) herein.

Australian Shipping

We aim to ship your order within two to three business days. 

Shipping is calculated via weight and charged accordingly. We use either Australia Post, DHL EXPRESS or Fastway Couriers depending on the size and nature of the item purchased. Once an item has left our studio we will notify you via email with your tracking details.

If you do not receive your order within 14 working days (depending on your location) of your dispatch email, please email justin@fossanoandco.com.au so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

We currently do not offer express post on any items purchased so please be mindful that deliveries may take up to 5+ working days to be received once your parcel has been shipped.

International Shipping

Shipping is calculated via weight and charged accordingly. We use either Australia Post or DHL COURIERS for international orders. Once an item has left our studio we will notify you via email with your tracking details.

If you do not receive your order within 7-14 working days (depending on your location) of your dispatch email, please email justin@fossanoandco.com.au so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

Things to remember about international shipping:
• You are responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order. 
• We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
• If an order is refused by your country, you are responsible for the shipping expenses and any additional costs incurred.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note Fossano & Co. does not offer exchange of product for change of mind so please shop mindfully.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please advise us via email to justin@fossanoandco.com.au within 2 business days of receipt of the item you have purchased, including the order number and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item.

If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, or is faulty you may apply for a refund or exchange, provided Fossano & Co. is satisfied that an error was made in consignment of the item purchased or that an error has occurred prior to the item being delivered to you.

In the case of returns or exchange where Fossano & Co. are at fault, Fossano & Co. will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item to Fossano & Co. and for dispatching the replacement item to you. 

When returning items, please be mindful that many of our items are of a fragile nature and must be packed with care. We ask that all items being returned be securely packaged to make sure it reaches us in a returnable condition. Fossano & Co. will not be liable for items damaged in return transit due to inappropriate packaging. All items being returned to us remain your property until received by us.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your items are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your account, within 3-5 business days.
